A judge has ordered Anita Wilson to stand trial on one count of felony assault with a deadly weapon after ruling Thursday that prosecutors had enough evidence to carry on with their case.
So Leo may have to look his alleged attacker in the face again, but at least this time she won't be holding a broken wine glass.
